We're big on flavour, easy on formality
Restaurant Rebel sits on Store Kongensgade, right in the city centre. We’re a lively, modern bistro with an open-kitchen buzz, classic technique and seasonal Danish produce. We’re proud to be recommended by the MICHELIN Guide with a Bib Gourmand for great value cooking – and prouder still of the warm, relaxed atmosphere our guests return for.
Our style
Expect crisp snacks, clear flavours and precise, unfussy plates at a gentle pace. The MICHELIN guide calls Rebel an energetic city-centre bistro with compact tables, an open kitchen and plenty of local regulars.
